8:00 Depart for Golf at Angel Park Mountain – Cart path only for carts

8:55 and 9:05 7 golfers / 1 rider (Kareem 7/20/23)

              Lunch poolside at HQ

Nap vs Machine guns / Exotic car racing / Shelby Museum

              Dinner at Fire Rock or Charcoal Room

Saturday – Breakfast at HQ

7:25 Depart for Golf at Rio Secco

                            8:55 and 9:05

Janelas at Rio Secco or Sports bar for lunch

Shelby Museum or sports bar

Nap, Pool time – Amalgaman athletics vs Billiards, Basketball, or other

Amalgaman – Triathalon – Swim laps, 440 run, pushups in 40 seconds

Individual events at anytime

Dinner at Flemming’s Prime, Fire Rock, Charcoal Room or other

Sunday – Norman Russel Awards breakfast

              Departure for your destination

Attire: CD wear to include knickers for Friday golf

Shoes to run in

Swim suit and goggles if you have them
